1. WHAT IS THE JCYC 3-TIER RESELLER PROGRAM?
The JCYC 3-Tier Reseller Program is designed to support and reward partners based on their sales volume and market engagement. The three tiers—Reseller, Dealer, and Stockist—each offer increasing levels of benefits and support, tailored to your business needs as you grow with JCYC Hoists.
2. WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE RESELLER, DEALER, AND STOCKIST TIERS?
Reseller Tier: Ideal for businesses starting their partnership with JCYC. You’ll enjoy entry-level margins, access to our full product range, and basic marketing and technical support.
Dealer Tier: Perfect for established businesses looking to grow. You’ll receive higher margins, early access to new products, a dedicated account manager, and more marketing and technical support.
Stockist Tier: Our highest level of partnership, is designed for high-volume resellers. Stockists enjoy the best margins, customisable product offerings, priority support, and exclusive access to business strategy sessions and product development programs.
3. HOW DO I JOIN THE JCYC RESELLER PROGRAM?
To join the program, simply contact our sales team or fill out the application form on our website. Once we evaluate your application, we will recommend the appropriate tier based on your business size, sales potential, and market presence.
4. ARE THERE ANY MINIMUM SALES REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN?
Reseller Tier: There is no minimum sales requirement, making it easy to start selling JCYC Hoists.
Dealer Tier: There is a minimum quarterly sales target required to maintain Dealer status. Specific targets will be discussed during onboarding.
Stockist Tier: Stockists must meet high-volume sales targets each quarter to retain their top-tier status.
5. WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT WILL I RECEIVE AS A RESELLER?
Reseller Tier: You’ll receive basic sales and technical support, access to marketing materials, and annual training webinars.
Dealer Tier: You’ll get a dedicated account manager, access to co-branded marketing materials, early product access, and comprehensive training workshops.
Stockist Tier: Stockists benefit from priority support, including on-site technical assistance, customized marketing strategies, and participation in business strategy sessions with JCYC leadership.
6. CAN I SWITCH BETWEEN TIERS?
Yes. Your tier placement will be evaluated periodically based on your sales performance. As your business grows, you can advance to higher tiers (Dealer or Stockist) to unlock additional benefits. Conversely, if sales targets are not met, your tier may be adjusted.
7. DO I NEED TO MAINTAIN A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Reseller Tier: No minimum order quantity is required.
Dealer and Stockist Tiers: A minimum quarterly sales target is required, and larger orders may be necessary to meet volume-based discount levels.
8. WHAT KIND OF TRAINING IS AVAILABLE?
Reseller Tier: Annual training webinars are available to keep you updated on our products and best practices.
Dealer Tier: In-depth training workshops are available to dealers, covering both product knowledge and advanced sales strategies.
Stockist Tier: Stockists gain access to specialized training sessions, including participation in exclusive product development and strategy workshops with JCYC experts.
9. HOW DO I PLACE ORDERS AS A RESELLER?
Once you are enrolled in the reseller program, you can place orders directly through our reseller portal or by contacting your account manager (available for Dealer and Stockist tiers). The portal provides real-time inventory updates and streamlined order processing.
10. ARE THERE EXCLUSIVE PROMOTIONS OR EVENTS FOR RESELLERS?
Yes, each tier offers exclusive promotions and event invitations:
Reseller Tier: Access to marketing resources and entry-level promotions.
Dealer Tier: Early access to new product launches, exclusive promotions, and invitations to the annual Dealer Conference.
Stockist Tier: Participation in exclusive promotions, access to product pilot programs, and invitations to the Stockist Conference and Awards Gala.
11. HOW DOES CO-BRANDED MARKETING WORK?
For Dealers and Stockists, we offer co-branded marketing materials such as brochures, digital ads, and promotional content. We also collaborate on joint marketing campaigns to enhance your market presence and support your sales efforts.
12. HOW CAN I GET PRIORITY SUPPORT AS A STOCKIST?
As a Stockist, you’ll have access to priority technical support, including on-site assistance when needed. This means faster response times for any technical issues and dedicated support for large projects or custom product needs.
